.WO studying and planning with OEM manual /drawing -
.Initiate purchasing requests (PR) for required spare parts -
Quotations technical evaluation (QTE) of requested spare -

Inspect equipment/components or spare parts prior to -
.introducing them into the warehouse
Participating in a daily technical morning meeting, weekly -
stoppage, shutdown, and other meetings as per
.requirement
.Implement safety and environmental regulations -
.Planning and undertaking scheduled inspections -
Maintain test equipment and instruments to ensure -
.proper functioning
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the condition of all plant -
.equipment continuously
Perform the planned inspection of all plant equipment -
and initiate work requests based on inspection results,
.including safety checks and follow-ups
Predict malfunctions of machine/equipment and arrange -
for necessary actions such as repairing or changing the
.spares to be reliable
Execute required mechanical measurements and -
compare the readings with nominal values as per the
.operation manual
.Inspect parts for wear using callipers and gauges -
In case of deviation, perform the first analysis and define -
.priorities for each action
Share results with reliability teams to prevent problem -
