• Performing pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup for surface cables and downhole sensor connectivity, transformer testing, motor controller re-programming.
• Monitor the operation of VSD controller, troubleshoot equipment failures, report equipment malfunction and related operation topics.
• Advising and Ensuring that the performance of oil wells is optimized and increasing their run life.
• Handling preventative maintenance activities, such as adjusting well rate and motor load percentage, ESP trip settings against overload, under load, high temperature, high pressure, excessive vibration, and other adverse conditions, checking transformer oil levels and temperature, surface pressure as per Aramco’s and Alkhorayef’s operating standards to improve the quality of field services.
• Communicating and attending daily meetings with the client.
• Preparing inventory list on monthly basis.
I have an Electrical Engineer course at the “Saline Water Conversion Corporation” SWCC training center for 16 weeks starting from April 07, 2019 to August 01, 2019, it contains 17 modules some of them are technical and practical like “Principles Of Safety And Vocational Health”, “Motor Overhaul & Rewinding”, and “Generator Maintenance” and another soft skills modules like “Effective Communication And The Art Of Negotiation” and “Problem Solving And Decision Making” Also another modules about learning some software like “Autocad 2017”.
I had training at Wahah Electric Supply Company “WESCOSA”, I was a trainee for 7 months starting from July 2017 to Feb. 2018. The training was in 2 factories, the first one was at Transformers factory I learnt about the assembly process and quality assurance. And the other was at Switchgears factory I learnt about the Low voltage switchgears assembly and inspection of medium and high voltage switchgears.
