Working with Tender department team, I had the responsibility as estimator engineer
(Structural & Architectural and Landscape items).
As a Tender Study Engineer my duties is as following:
➢ Producing Bills of Quantities
➢ Responsible for the preparation and subsequent negotiation of Tender submissions for Civil
Engineering projects
➢ Examine incoming tenders and review contract potential
➢ Measuring & Quantity Take-Off from drawings
➢ Producing Bills of Quantities
➢ Sourcing pre-project information and analyzing sub-contractor quotations, agreements &
enquiries
➢ Build up tender price from first principles based on the scope of works, plans, specification,
Cost planning
➢ Produce tender report in preparation for tender adjudication
➢ Hold adjudication/settlement meeting with Estimating & Operational Directors
➢ Attend pre & post contract interviews, client meetings etc.
➢ Any other duties as may be required.
A) Armed Forces Engineering Authority
Responsible for cost estimation and assessment for Civil/Arch phases with “Armed
Forces EngineeringAuthority” projects such as:
1- Nasser Institute hospital extension
B) New Urban Communities Authority
Responsible for cost estimation for “NUCA” projects such as:
1- R05 - at New Administration Capital “Finishes phase “
2- Maspero Triangle Towers - Cairo Downtown “Civil & Finishes phase “
3- Central Park - at New Administration Capital ““Civil, Finishes phase &Landscape “
C) Bids
Studying of several projects. As a member on Tender team, we have studied and awarded
our company multiple projects, such as:
1- New Administration building Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR)
“Misr El Makkassa”-at New Administration Capital. (Study)
2- El Farafra central Hospital -at El Farafra Oasis, New Valley Governorate. (Study)
3- Youssef El-Seddik Central Hospital Co -at Faiyoum Governorate. (Study)
4- 200-Bed General Hospital Prototype -Ministry of Health and Population “Design and
Build Project”. (Study)

2- Latin District-New Alamein “Finishes phase “
3- East port said industrial Zone “landscape Scope”

Studying of several projects. As a member on Tender team, we have studied and awarded

1- Railway connection between” Batra - Basandela “- Mansoura governorate. (Withdrawal)
2- Katamya cost. (Study)
3- Hamool hospital. (Study and award)
4- The British School at El Sheikh Zayed. (Study and award)
5- United Bank. - Banks and finance district-finishes works phase 2. (Study and award)
6- Badya -landscape. (Study but not awarded yet)
7- El Brouj parcel 1.14. (Study but not awarded yet)
8- Air Defense Hotel finished at New Administration Capital. (Study but not awarded yet)

2013 Graduated from Faculty of Engineering – 10th of Ramadan Higher Technological Institute and Granted the Degree of Bachelor of Civil engineering
