Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Supervising the purchasing department in the absence of the department manager .
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the department manager .
- Any other tasks that the administration may require within the job scope .

Receiving purchase orders and verifying that they meet all required technical specifications before sending for approval.

Get at least three quotations where possible in a timely manner and keep department heads informed when purchasing them.

Communicate with suppliers to obtain information on products such as price, availability of products, delivery and powers.

Contributing to the selection of suitable suppliers and continuous work to identify suppliers and negotiate to reach the best price.

Follow up the receipt of goods or supplies, matching them with purchase orders,
addressing the concerned companies to address any differences, and submitting the corresponding invoices to the financial department.
