• Follow up the registration and review of different types of vacations and work missions on the SAP system.
• Compilation and reference of monthly effects of salary and overtime.
• Responsible for reports showing actual working hours - overtime - leave balance - etc.
• Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Support in the recruitment process, which includes coordinating vacancies, reviewing CVs, filtering them, and making interviews for applicants.
Responsible for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and any concerned governmental authorities.
- Finalise governmental related forms (Form 1 and Form 6) and work permits.
- Handle new contractual, termination, and renewal process.
- process and maintain personnel records, employee database and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
- Participate in mass hiring, support in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare monthly Attendance for Employees.
•Prepare the Monthly payroll data.
Ensure that all documents in the employees’ files comply with documents needed as set by the labor law and social insurance.
• prepare all the periodical reports/data needed to be submitted to the government labor office and social insurance.
• Follow up on the attendance system.
• Prepare the data related to the employees to be included in the medical insurance system and follow up their needs.
• Prepare data for employees to open their bank accounts
• Ensure that work contracts are renewed annually.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Prepare and record overtime hours in order to be added to wages and salaries to eligible employees.
• Assist in processing payroll.
• Ensure that all benefits are paid to employees in accordance with company policy.
• Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time.
• Processing all employee procedure forms and ensuring proper approval
• Preparing and updating employment records related to recruitment, transfer, promotion and termination of service.
