Monitor attendance and departure through the fingerprint device Maintaining the general appearance of employees
Creating a recruitment plan, following up and studying the rate of labor turnover Follow-up of the movement of workers' exit (interruption - evacuation - resignation) Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
Administer health and life insurance programs
Monitor employee performance through monthly and quarterly evaluation
Work to retain the company’s workers and raise the levels of loyalty among the employees Preparing monthly payroll
Coordination with insurance offices and manpower and company departments
