The area of the plot is approximately 8.8 km square with Distract cooling plant capacity 67, 000 TR.
located North of Jeddah and East of Haramain Road.
The project has the following buildings categories (Administration, Data Center, Services, Wings &
Departments, Support, Residential, Security and Military Police).
These categories are distributed throughout the six functional clusters of areas.
Renovation of Souk Al-Mubarakiya. Kuwait
The Project consists of 12 plots of mixed-purpose buildings (Hotel, Museum, Commercial buildings
, Mosque, Multi-story carpark& Underground tunnel for cars).
 Jeddah Central Development project. KSA
The project consists of luxury mixed-purpose buildings (Oceanarium& Coral farms, marina, hotels,
cruise terminal & luxury apartments).
 WAFRA Economical Zone. Kuwait
Project consists of multi plots of mixed-purpose buildings with Distract cooling plant
capacity 120, 000 TR.

Duties:

 Design different mechanical systems according to International Cods & sustainability methods.
 Calculation cooling & heating loads using Hourly Analysis Program (HAP 5.11).
 Preparation of specifications, Design of basic report, and calculation sheets.
 Perform smoke evacuation, car park ventilation calculations and stair pressurization calculations.
 Completing HVAC drawings and developing ductwork/piping sizing using duct and pipe sizer.
 Perform selection for mechanical equipment (Chillers, pumps, AHU, Computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units, FCU, DX split).
 Design the central chilled water plant cooling towers and thermal storage tank.
 Ventilation calculations for car parking, pumps room, transformers, generators.
 Perform Pump head calculations and AHU ESP calculations.
 Perform smoke evacuation simulation using Pyrosim CFD.
 Perform microflow CFD for indoor thermal comfort using IESVE.
 Modelling for HVAC Mechanical Systems Using Autodesk Revit MEP.
 Making clash detection reports using Navisworks.
 Estimating Quantities of Mechanical Systems (B.O.Q).
 Dealing with RFIs comes from contractors.
 Coordinate with other disciplines for a smooth workflow.
