1- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.

1- Developed Jubail industrial city housing ownership program
Supply / Demand projection up to 2035 with a magnitude of
12500 house. It contained detailed annual forecast of the
supply of houses vs the Demand based on the study of the
current housing projects, plus the planned ones in the overall
city master plan. The exercise relied on analyzing and drawing
conclusions from the Contract Status Report which is a
portfolio of 116 contacts of a magnitude of 25 Billion SAR.
2-Participated in developing a detailed Autocad map of all the
Primary Site Development projects in Jubail Industrial City to
be the basis for developing the boarders of the borrow pit
areas in Jubail and to properly manage them.
3-Maintained the Critical Item Action Report, which flags issues
in the execution of the contracts and mitigation plans to be
addressed in the higher management meetings.
4-Timely responses to the queries received from the Royal
Commission Headquarter office regarding Projects’ status.
5-Developed from scratch the overall Mutrafiah District Guiding
Map of the locations of Health Facilities, Educational institutes,
governmental centers,
executive education in investment, finance, fund management, sponsored by PIF (EMBA equivalent)
