In my role as a Projects Officer, I proudly serve as the Project Manager, overseeing various agreements, including the Jordan Kuwait Bank agreement, MetLife Foundation agreement, Nabil Foods agreement, Al Wadi Food agreement, International General Insurance agreement, Middle East Payment Services, and others.
My role encompasses comprehensive project management, ensuring the successful execution and fulfillment of the objectives outlined in these agreements. I actively collaborate with stakeholders, allocate resources efficiently, and navigate the complexities of each project to achieve optimal outcomes.
Also, I worked on several funding projects, such as the Project Management Institute (PMIEF), the Prince Trust International (PTI), and others.
As a customer service representative, I efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, providing knowledgeable and effective support. Specializing in our product portfolio, I expertly address customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability, emphasizing the value of our offerings. My responsibilities include responding promptly and professionally to various customer needs, such as quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and warranties.
To achieve both personal and team targets, I proactively recommend additional company services, seizing opportunities to promote and sell products. Diligently maintaining records, I log and document issues in an electronic database for review by the sales and executive management teams.
In addition to managing customer interactions, I serve customers by completing account transactions, including receiving deposits and credit payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, and recording night and mail deposits. Moreover, I fulfill special requests, such as closing accounts, taking orders for checks, handling currency exchanges, completing safe-deposit box procedures, and providing special statements, copies, and referrals.
1- Office work:
MS office, Word, Excel and Power Point, supply chain management, data entry, clerical work, Filing, event planning, scheduling, documentation, updating the organization's website and translating the Arabic content into English, Preparing reports, presentations, taking minutes of meeting, typing, scanning, photocopying, answering hot line calls and evaluating the questionnaires.
2- Counseling and testing VCT, I provide visitors with all the information relating to sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS and hepatitis A, B and C, answer all their questions then provide them with services referral to the competent authority, which will be of interest to provide services according to what each case needs, whether care services and rehabilitation or laboratory tests, and conduct these tests to check for antibodies to the virus (HCV, HBV, HIV).
- Field visits to Jordanian governorates and providing advice and voluntary testing for HIV and syphilis to refugees and Jordanians (I went to: Zarqa جمعية العزوة للتنمية الإجتماعية, Irbid, Mafraq مركز سهول المفرق).
3- Participate in preparing all logistics for the Gender Based Violence lecture in The Queen Zain Al-Sharaf Institute for Development.
4- Participate in preparing an educational lecture about awareness of drug users by injection, the lecture given in the presence of the Director of the International Organization for Harm Reduction for Drug Users and a specialized lawyer to educate the drug users about their rights and duties.
Participating in recruitment efforts.
-Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
-Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
-Collecting employment and tax information.
-Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
-Preparing new employee files.
-Maintaining current HR files and databases.
-Social media management by creating, and managing, Facebook, YouTube, and other strategically relevant online properties.
