Maintain high quality data collection process
• Planning for data collection (prepare sheets and schedule for Field Researchers).
• Participating in qualitative data collection (facilitating, note taking).
• Transcribing the (FGDs, interviews) records.
• Data synthesis and analysis.
Data Analysis and reporting
• Data Cleaning, and analysis for all projects activities when needed.
• Taking part in trainings related to data analysis and reporting.
• Internal training on data analysis and reporting. (Training).
• Regular findings sharing with team to optimize the learning lessons.
• Attending business and report writing training to show the final product.
• creating interactive dashboards for some MEAL activities and update them quarterly.
• Desk review for MOLA (Ministry of Local Administration).

• Production monitoring and evaluation.
• Material and inventory management.
• Follow up on all purchases from the order placement until the delivery.
• Ensure that all materials purchased are of appropriate quality and price and are timely
delivered.
• Generate all required procurement documentation and maintain records and files in an
impeccable manner.
