1. Technical facility management (TFM)
• Manage the quality of service provided to the project from an architectural perspective, and maintain the safety, security, and efficiency of the Stations and facilities.
2. Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
• Evaluate the contractors performance index from the architectural perspective for the projects operation and maintenance work
3. Inspector:
• Inspecting the operation and maintenance of the projects facilities stations and ensuring that the highest standards of service are maintained for the project users
1. Preparation & Brief Design:
Develop Project Objectives, including Quality Objectives and Project Outcomes, Sustainability Aspirations, Project Budget, other parameters or constraints and develop Initial Project Brief. Undertake Feasibility Studies and review of Site Information.
2. Concept Design:
Prepare Concept Design, including outline proposals forstructural design, building services systems, outline specifications, and preliminary Cost Information along with relevant Project Strategies in accordance with Design Program. Agree on alterations to brief and issue Final Project Brief.
3. Schematic Design:
Prepare Developed Design, including coordinated and updated proposals for structural design, building
services systems, outline specifications, Cost Information, and Project Strategies in accordance with Design
Program.
4. Detailed Design:
Prepare Technical Design in accordance with Design Responsibility Matrix and Project Strategies to include all architectural, structural and building services information, specialist subcontractor design, and specifications, in accordance with Design Program.

Benchmarking Report Key takeaways and bufferzone design guidelines The development of a GIS based Spatial Database to map lands and key features within each BufferZone Area
2. Site Conditions Assessment & Report:
Site Conditions Assessment & Recommendations Report that includes: Collation and presentation of all data Heritage, landscape, and environmental assessment

3. Buffer Zones Definition:
GIS Spatial Maps and file-based Geodatabase(s) forthe old towns conservation & historic buffer zones
A report mapping the BufferZone Areas (Boundaries) forthe old towns GIS database including zoning maps and plans

A comprehensive survey and evaluation of the condition of buildings, facilities and services

King Abdallah International Gardens, Saudi Arabia. Technical design review and supervision of construction for a crescent-shaped building featuring two interlaced structures, which envisaged to host several pavilions dedicated to specific botanical gardens along with mosques, restaurants, childcare areas, auditorium and other functions. The gardens feature sanctuaries for birds and exotic butterflies as well as recreation areas.
1. Reading and interpreting charts, maps, and shop drawing. 2. Supervise and oversee the laborforce during the construction phase.
3. Selection, testing and distribution of materials suitable for the site.
Project Management for Riyadh Transit System, Saudi Arabia. Project and contract management, and construction supervision for Transportation Control Centre (TCC) for the complete transport network (including the metro system), and an Intelligent Transport System (ITS), comprising Automated Vehicle Management, Real Time Passenger Information, Automated Fare Collection System, Bus Priority at Intersections, and Journey PlannerSystem.
