A Planning and Project Controls Manager with almost twenty years of experience in Managing and Controlling Multiple Projects. Over the years of my experience, I’ve handled various Planning and Projects Control roles as a Consultant and Contractor. This helped me to gain valuable work experience My experience include developing and managing the systems, procedures and tools necessary for Time Control and Cost of the Project Portfolio, including creating Contract Execution Plan ‐ as a Contractor and played the role of approving the same as a Consultant, performing “what‐if” scenario analysis and systematically linking it back to the Master plan, for all project’s stages including commissioning and turnover stage. Preparing of claims and delay analysis as a consultant, I am currently responsible of evaluating, determining and assessing submitted Extension of Times, performing Earned Value Management, assisting in Contract Management, preparing detailed reports and handling Stakeholders.
