I work as a Safety Specialist at the Mukaab Project, where I am responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. My duties include conducting daily site inspections, identifying and assessing workplace hazards, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring the timely closure of safety observations. I deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to workers, supervisors, engineers, and visitors, and verify compliance with safety regulations and project requirements. I also review and monitor work permits, including permits related to lifting operations, scaffolding, heavy equipment, vehicles, and other high-risk activities. In addition, I prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports, monitor HSE performance indicators, investigate incidents when required, and collaborate with project teams to maintain compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across the project.

I worked as a Safety Officer at the Ewan Sidra Project, where I was responsible for monitoring and enforcing health and safety regulations across all construction activities. My role involved conducting routine site inspections, identifying unsafe conditions and behaviors, and implementing corrective actions to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with project safety requirements. I coordinated with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to promote a safe working environment, conducted safety inductions and toolbox talks, and ensured that all workers understood and followed safety procedures. I also monitored high-risk activities, inspected personal protective equipment (PPE), reviewed work permits, and maintained accurate safety records and reports. Through continuous site presence and proactive risk management, I contributed to maintaining a strong safety culture and minimizing workplace hazards throughout the project.

I worked as a Safety Advisor at the Misk Project, where I provided professional guidance and support to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout all phases of construction activities. My role focused on advising project management, engineers, supervisors, and contractors on risk control measures, safe work practices, and regulatory compliance. I conducted safety audits, participated in risk assessments, reviewed method statements and work permits, and monitored high-risk activities to ensure effective implementation of safety procedures. I also investigated incidents and near misses, analyzed root causes, and recommended corrective actions to prevent recurrence. In addition, I supported the development of a proactive safety culture by delivering safety awareness programs, mentoring site personnel, and promoting continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.
