FRESH UPDATES:
After the end of my formal teaching assignment on March 15, 2015, I embarked upon
a new journey on the path of education. Having been dedicatedly committed to the
cause of education all my life, I decided to make a Debut Venture, aimed at ‘Online
Teaching’!
This new venture has opened a plethora of new teaching platforms for me as the
world seems to be open at the mere tap of a key button! I have got a number of
students online in different countries following different syllabus. It has been a
challenging task to cater to different syllabi and all of my students have fared very
well. This is my fourth year into Online tutoring and it is an immensely pleasurable
experience to be in touch with students across all borders- Canada, Singapore,
Bangkok, China, India, U.K and Singapore, including my country of residence, the
U.A.E
My new venture gave me the opportunity of working on different texts, preparing
full-fledged Notes on each Text in detail in order to offer a complete, interactive and
enjoyable Lesson Online using many different sources such as Google Docs, Power
point presentations, Mind-maps and Hand-outs based on each new lesson. In addition
to an enjoyable, comprehensive and interactive lesson, the answer scripts are
corrected instantly on the Google Docs; Past papers are discussed fully, and every
new file of Notes is uploaded on my Website.

Working as a free- lancer, in the independent capacity of being the Project-Manager
of my ‘Online Teaching’ Project, and having gained myself the independence of time
to work and contribute to ‘Education’ at my own terms, I have successfully set up my
own Website, Blog and a YouTube Channel, all of which are dedicated to learning
and catering to the different components of English Enhancement in the areas of
English Language and Literature.
I have written a number of Poems which are in the pipeline for a publication and have
been uploaded on https://www.poemhunter.com/; I have written some Articles which
are uploaded on my links and am also currently engaged in the writing of a book in
addition to the requirements of my online lessons on a daily basis.
IELTS, TOEIC, SAT, TOEFL:
Among my recent achievements, it has been immensely gratifying to have trained a
number of students in 2018 for the International English Language Tests. All of my
students have been high achievers, obtaining Level 7 and above.
FUTURE ENDEAVOURS:
Being dedicated to teaching, the sharing of learning and extending the boundaries of
knowledge, it shall be an honor to be a part of an institution and guide students to the
best of my ability and experience.

Level, London Edexcel Board syllabus. I have 30 years of experience, 13 years in formal employment in two Schools and 27 years as self- employed, which includes 4 years of active Online Tutoring.
My aim has been to provide the highest standard of English Teaching to the Higher Levels including University Level; guiding students for the highest level of examination performance following any Syllabus. I have always aspired to provide my experienced guidance in the Training for the enhancement of English Proficiency, including the Writing and the Oral skills. It has been my constant endeavor to display an encouraging attitude that motivates students for high level achievement.Having enjoyed a good rapport with all colleagues, student and the school body as a whole I believe in working as a proactive team member, setting a positive example for all.
Holding the degrees of Master of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in English, a wealth of 30 years of teaching experience in the UAE, I have served 15 years in the capacity of a GCSE Tutor for English Language and Literature through formal full- scale employment, obtaining the topmost grades and a 100% result for my students. In view of my family circumstances, being a mother of four children- all of whom have been high achievers, I was self- employed for a period of 15 years and have been continuously involved in the pursuit of teaching English in different capacities and roles. My special forte lies in inspiring and motivating students for the love of the subject, which paves the way for a dedicated approach to learning and high-level examination performance. Equipped with a high level of proficiency in modern technology, I execute a variety of teaching Methodologies including, movie-making, video edition, power points, individual and group work through Google Docs and Online Lessons.
Although my career shows a disrupted contour; this is because I have had to discontinue my career when it was at its peak in 2003 as I am a mother of four children and had the challenging responsibility of raising my children and looking after old parents. But the passion for teaching always kept me abreast of every other role and I continued tutoring, guiding the GCSE students to obtain the highest grades. My own children are a proof of my life's dedication as with the Grace of God, they have all been toppers and three are in the medical field and one in International and European Law. At a personal level, I continued to write Notes on all the Texts prescribed for GCSE and aspire to have them published some day.
I have a passion for writing; I have written a number of poems which have been uploaded on Poemhunter.com. I am writing a book which I hope to go for publication soon. Currently I have been working up to 16 hours a day, engaged in Online Tutoring in addition to pursuing my critical work on English Language and Literature. My recent contribution in the field of education has been my Website: www.kauronlineenglish.com which has been a dream come true. It is my own personal institute which is totally dedicated to the sacred cause of education. I teach students Online in different countries following different syllabi- #GCSE9-1, #IGCSE, #IAL, #GCE, #IB, #AQA and # CBSE. Being an Online tutor, I have gained extremely valuable teaching experience. With my children all settled, the eldest a Neurologist in UK and the others nearing the completion of their Corses, I have ample time to devote in the guidance of the student community. Although 55 years of age, I feel as young and as passionately devoted to education as ever. I aim to contribute to this cause for as long as I can. My website hosts the upload of a fresh file every week- the File reflecting upon the work done during the online lessons. It shall be a pleasure to serve a prestigious institute to the best of my ability and experience. I vow to keep the torch of education alight forever.
My Master Of Philosophy Degree in English comprised of my Thesis on The Colonial Experience in Joseph Conrad's 'Heart of Darkness' and V.S Naipaul's 'A Bend in the River'. I accomplished the Course scoring above 60 % marks. I completed the Course as a full- time student in Punjab University, Chandigarh in 1986. I made a number of Department Presentations on my Thesis and received high accolades for my research on the two authors.
