Exposure in managing structural steel EPC projects, Project Planning, Resource Planning, Project site Management, Scheduling, sequencing of tasks, Progress Monitoring & Control Presentations, Reporting. Other duties include the activities of Procurement Management, Selection of vendors, and award of sub-contracts, procurement planning and expediting. Preparing Bill of Quantities, Project Estimates of Material and Resources, man-hours, equipment, freight, etc.
Managing Project Budget, Monitoring and Controlling the costs. Forecasting Project Budget, Change Order Management. Negotiation for the Project Settlements, Invoicing-Collection, Preparing Cash-Flow plan and monitoring it through the project executing. Preparation of final Close-out report and document it.
