Ace India is a private limited, serving more than fifty sites all over Tamilnadu on
Hvac Design, Erection, testing and maintenance of the site.
Responsibilities:
* Calculating the Total cooling load of the project & selecting the required cooling capacity
of Air conditioning.
* Inspecting the sites to select the heating ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC)
by considering site conditions and customer requirements.
* Design Verification as per ASHRAE standards & preparing the Bill of Quantities.
* Coordination with consultants, clients, Main Contractors & sub-contractors, Arranging &
forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement.
* Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the PM.
Keeping track of As built documents for smooth handover of project. Ensure correct
reporting of project status to the top management.
* Mechanical Installations according to the approvals and client requirement and rectify the
foul areas along with MEP services.
