-Planning and undertaking routine servicing schedules.
-Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
-Diagnosing faults. -Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
-Supervising technical staff.
-Organizing the maintenance team to make sure 24-hour cover is available.
-Maintaining statistical and financial records.
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
-Managing maintenance budget.
-Creating maintenance procedures.
* Search and select strategic partnerships with parallel Industry organizations, that can support the lead generation activities.
* Proactive development of sales leads for annual partnership, by Identifying key decision makers and influencers, and establish strong relationships with them.
* Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* Responsible for Alshalalat Hospital - Digital Marketing activities.
* Collaborate with smouha digital agent to finalize Alexandria campaigns.
* Communicate with internal hospital departments as finance, sales, corporate and
medical marketing to unify marketing campaigns.
* Communicate with content team & designers to deliver the most effective digital
campaigns through different social media platforms.
* Generate leads and follow up with call center team to get the final conversion rate
and achieve our required target growth.
* Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
* Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
* Measure & report performance of all digital marketing camp. (ROI and KPIs).
* Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
* Identify trends, insights, optimize spend & performance based on the insights.
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
* Collaborate with internal sales & marketing teams for unification campaigns.
* Follow up day-to-day activities with Alexandria’s specialists (ASH, SMH & AAC).
* Control Marketing Budget to deliver all marketing activities.
