Perform all clerical duties for Abu Dhabi Work shop office (Filing and documents updating soft & hard copy’s).
Timely coordination with admin &HR department for employee requirements (Annual leave, Emergency leave, Resumption of duty, Assumption of duty).
Timely reporting to the admin &HR department if any violation happen for issuing warning letter.
Coordinating with Accounts departments for employees leave salary, new employees salary etc.
Create Purchase order through company ERP and fallow up with procurement department concerns.
Create new tasks through SAP to procurement department for any new items purchasing.

• Handling and Segregation manager singed documents and hand over to the consider staff.
• Handling manager phone calls and transfer to the staff.
• Answering phone calls from outside companies and providing information such departments.
• Maintain tender files and keeping order vise in the filing room.
• Attend to general phone inquiries in a professional and polite manner.
• Screen and transfer phone inquiries to the concern.
• Maintain staff singing register
• Prepare and update housekeeping store data and forward to the manager.
• Handling lost and found items
• Attend directive form superior in a timely manner.
