•1 years 6 month working experience in Panansula resort as a stewarding supervisor in Gujarat India.
•Currently working in Millennium hotel as a steward.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Sweep and mop floor once every hour as needed within a kitchen and back of corridor.
•Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
•Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
•Separate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers; steam-clean or hose-out garbage cans, and maintain loading dock.
•Sort bottles, and break disposable ones in bottle-crushing machine.
•Guide to the team for good work,
•Arrange & prepare the required equipment for upcoming event as per chef’s or F&B request.
•Always keep mention cleanliness of kitchen as per HACCP standard.
•Take handover by first shift & give handover to next shift regarding task.
