- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization

NHC’s & MoH infrastructure sector projects worth 8.9 Billion SAR
o Managing NHC & MoH infrastructure projects based on their strategies and
logistic targets in terms of project waves, proformas, WBS, etc
o Team leader in RFX process, database, timelines, and proposal management
o Engaged in the annual budget planning of the sector to reach highest performance
with the least spending
o Building a manpower strategic planning based on PMI’s standard to establish the
infrastructure
o Create job descriptions to comply the sector’s needs for each position with respect to the OD’s grading per position
o Resumes filtering and attend job interviews to evaluate elected candidates
o Manage, monitor, and plan all administrative requirements to fulfill the sector’s needs with respect to the growth of the employees to achieve the organizational objectives
o Lead engineer for the installation of all mainlines’ turnouts/crossover for FAST’s package in Riyadh’s metro (lines 4, 5, & 6)
o Cost control in terms of materials, manpower, and equipment, in order to achieve the highest productivity within the project’s budget and quality
o Logistics and technical planning in order to implement every turnout/crossover in the most efficient way as every turnout/crossover is unique in its implementation methodology
o Monitoring all legal documentations, certificates, permits, and manpower plans to
ensure stabilize productivity
o Fulfill all of the required documents in integrated process level with governmental organizations, non-governmental, and construction entities
• Construction Management
- Viaduct Engineer
o Control and manage infrastructure technical issues in regards to construction operations and traffic plans, interface management with stakeholders, governmental departments and project costumer, preparing & presenting method of statements for unique civil works, as well as mentoring and reporting the overall situation of the viaduct performance procedure
o Monitoring cost & quality control for all of the site activities based on the project standards and contracts agreements
o Review designs and drawings of multiple superstructure designs (PSM, BCM, PCB, CIP, FSLM) and supervising their implementation for a 9 km stretch over line 6
- Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) Management Engineer
o Monitoring and supervision the overall situation of the two TBM's performance procedure in terms of productivity, maintenance, and improving general technical issues which has successfully bored 13 km of tunnel work in Riyadh's metro project 8 months ahead of schedule
o Managing supplies and consumables considering waste management and processes optimization in order to apply full control and planning inventory
o Communication and interface leader with costumer and other alliances which focused on the engagement of stakeholders, technical operations on ground, and official permits of the project's productivity manoeuvres
o Supervision in tunnel repair operations, quality control, claims of defective materials and cost maintaining
o Review Contractor requirements and concerns, identify process gaps and provide input feedback to eliminate challenges and obstacles
o Ensure the projects documentations are complete and in order with clients maintaining
o Copies of legal document applied to projects for future reference
