The ACC Limited is having Operation and Maintenance Contract with M/s. Yanbu Cement Company since 1980. ACC is operating and maintaining the cement plant by its expertise in Cement Technology and deputed 700 personnel for the above activity.
The main responsibilities handled by me are as under : -
To meet the manpower requirement for operation and maintenance activities from various countries.
To complete all the formalities for obtaining visas from Saudi Government.
To complete all formalities pertaining to fresh personnel as per Saudi Rules.
To complete all statutory requirements as per Saudi Rules.
To manage the Administrative Matters pertaining to the ACC employees.
Induction training to fresh personnel and in-house training for Technicians and Management Staff.
In order to implement Saudisation, various training conducted in different levels in co-ordination with Training Manager.
Liaison with the Management Staff of Yanbu Cement Co.
I got varied experience in dealing with multinational workforce.
To assist Manager-HR&A in manpower planning, rationalisation & skill inventory.
To design, organise and conduct training programmes for operatives as well as Management Staff.
To coordinate all work related to performance and potential system, annual increments, promotions.
