•Regularly monitor compliance of company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) with
OHSAS 45001, and ISO 14001 standards through gap analysis.
•Follow Red Sea Global safety standards on project.
•Regularly setting HSE objectives and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) for all departments based on
SMART criteria and measuring & reporting the same to the senior management reviews.
•Execute safety department daily, weekly, and monthly dashboard & reporting as per the safety
management plan requirements.
•Delivering training to new employees and refresher training based on the scope of work and equipment
usage.
•Participate in the RSG monthly Project Life Crucial Audit inspection.
• Conduct with RSG team labor accommodation inspection and responds to compliance with RSG
reports.
•Enhancing employee’s health and safety behaviors through behavioral change programs.
• Worker’s consultation techniques to improve the overall organization health and safety culture.
•Follow Heat stress matrix in accordance Saudi Arabia Government and Red Sea Global Summer
season.
•Maintain and report daily work permits log with client and contractor.
•Investigate and report incidents, injuries, and hazards whenever an accident happens.
• Advertise, communicate safety bulletins to ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal safety
requirements.
•Implement safety awards program to enhance the safety culture on work site.

• Control of hazardous substances as per GHS-(UN) and COSHH assessment.
• HazCom to all employees about hazardous chemicals to which they may be exposed.
• Develop chemical risk assessment for chemical handling to eliminate, control and minimize risk related to chemicals.
• Educate and train employees on CHB and SDS of chemicals to control any health, safety and environmental issues regarding chemicals handling and storage.
• Apply waste management program to collect, transport, recycle or dispose of waste materials as per client requirement.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure the organization adheres to occupational health, safety and environment laws and regulations.

• Emergency response drill in case of any environmental emergency e.g chemical spill.
• Investigate and report environmental incidents and hazards whenever accidents happen.
• Advertise, communicate environmental safety bulletins to ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal environmental requirements.
• Daily inspection of work site, offices, chemicals storage area, laydown, and campus.
• Apply waste management program to collect, transport, process, recycling or dispose of waste materials as per client requirement.
• Inspect and maintain daily hygiene at site and camps facility.
• Implement awards program to enhance the environmental management culture on work site and accommodation camps.

• To follow the Saudi Electricity Company 5-Star and ARAMCO Safety and Occupational Health Management System and Royal commission standards.
• Preparation for LOCK-Out-TAG-OUT before energize/de-energize electrical equipment to pump stations.
• TBT before start of each shift and regular monitoring of PPE at work site according to task.
• Joint Site inspection with NG and ARAMCO representatives before any work commences.
• Reporting of any incident, accident, or unsafe act at site.
• Regular monitoring and testing of hazardous gases if work perform in confined space or gaseous atmosphere.
• Monitoring of work at height, Lifting activities, Excavation, Electrical work. Etc.
• Provide internal organization and third-party training for firefighting, first aid, confined space entry supervisor, safe driving for drivers etc.
• Coaching and assisting departments in the practice of safety processes and procedures in their work.
• Advertise, and communicate safety bulletins to ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal safety requirements.
• Perform continuous maintenance and improvement in safety implementation on excavation sites, construction, machinery, and plants.

To identify the hazards in Mining industry and give suggestions to management to implement safety standards as per local government and international standards at work site to minimize the accident and health effect of work force.
