We are a Saudi Arabia & UAE based Financial Advisory & Management Consultancy firm having multi-disciplinary skills to address a range of services that our clients require in dealing with composite matters in the areas of Financial Advisory, Tax Advisory, Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory, Real Estate Advisory and other services.

Key Deliverable:
• Identifying potential clients related to different sectors and approaching them for financial advisory services & solutions.
• Managing a team of B.D. Executives in Saudi Arabia and making sure that each individual achieves its target on monthly basis while providing them the understanding of company's long term vision.
• Looking after the Sales and Business Development operations for the whole GCC region and making sure that we are getting business from them on regular basis.
• Planning and Executing long term business strategies with the management and making sure that the plans are carried out perfectly with the help of all the departments involved in execution.
• Developing and managing different marketing campaigns & overseeing social media strategy to target potential clients.
• Working closely with the marketing and designing team to ensure that all day to day activities are performed effectively according to the requirements.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with existing & potential clients to make sure that the targets are met every month.
• Secured a revenue of over 4 Million in less than a year

• Initiating the project right from the start by making a complete & comprehensive business plan, setting up project goals, timelines, SOP’s, Work break down structure, hiring of team etc.
• Responsible for the direction, co-ordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
• Creating reports on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
• Working closely with the upper management and briefing them about the status of the project to make sure everything is on time.
