•Conducting site safety inspections and reporting findings to action parties
•Providing specialist environmental, health and safety advice to both management and staff( KPRL and Contractor)
•Conduct regular audits such as Permit to Work (PTW) audits, Housekeeping audits, Safety at work always (SAWA) audits, HSE MS Audits and Internal ISO 14001:2004 audits
•Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) status through the updated HSSE statistics and HSSE performance overview
•Participate in Job safety Analysis ( JSA) of activities within the KPRL site
•Co-ordinate Refinery HSE Committee meetings ( Secretary)

The project employed the use of remote sensing and GIS tools to plot the map of the project area including the sampling points.
