Working as an HR assistant in Yemen hub based in Amman where Yemen is considered as one of the largest operations.
and we handle a high number of recruitments in addition to providing HR admin support to the Yemen Hub staff. Some of
the tasks that I do:
• Offer administrative support for different HR operations, including the onboarding of new employees in accordance
with relevant policies and procedures, in the work areas designated by the professional officer.
• Manage sensitive personnel records, HR databases, and archives to make sure information is correctly gathered,
archived, and updated in accordance with the rules.
• Create various HR documents (such as employment contracts, transfer letters, training-related paperwork, etc.) that
are necessary for the particular field of work while maintaining correctness and adhering to deadlines.
• Utilize HR management systems to enter and update a range of HR information, including support for tracking various
dates (such as contract expiration, performance evaluations, etc.), assuring adherence to the defined deadlines, and
guaranteeing the accuracy of HR information.
• Support scheduling of interviews and written tests and invite candidates and coordinate with the focal points in Yemen
accordingly.
• Assist the screening of application and facilitate assuring comprehensive and efficient assessment.
• Work on e-recruitment systems for ensuring compliance with the established deadlines and accuracy of HR data.
• Maintain the recruitment files in accordance with established systems and processes so that information is up to date
and readily available for staff.
• Provide administrative support in various HR activities in the areas of work allocated by the professional officer including
creating and advertising Vacancy Announcements, screening candidates and CVs, administering of written tests &
interviews, Prepare NFRs and LAPC in compliance with relevant processes and procedures.
• Liaise with other internal units/offices on recruitment and selection and provide necessary information in order to
enable timely completion.
• Assist on HR queries and follow-up actions with the HR team in Yemenite support team in Jordan, to ensure consistent
and high-quality recruitment processes are delivered.

As an HR Intern, I was responsible for the following tasks:
• Candidate management including screening CV’s, initiating candidate online assessments, scheduling interviews
and, recording all activities in the applicant tracking System (Taleo)
• Supported referrals and internal mobility

• Developed strong relationships with the MENA recruitment team

Thesis Title: Applying Lean Six Sigma To Improve Food Distribution In Refugee Camps In Jordan In The Context Of The Covid-19 Pandemic This project used a Lean Six Sigma framework to promote continuing improvement in the food distribution procedure in the refugee camps in Jordan throughout and after the Covid-19 outbreak. The optimal continuous improvement strategy for the food distribution process was created by combining the Lean Six Sigma concept with the supply chain resilience in order to maintain it throughout the Covid-19 epidemic. I offered some insight and advice on how improve and control the process of distributing food for refugees in Jordan that was negatively impacted by the pandemic using the lean six sigma and the supply chain resilience concepts.
Graduation Project: Time and Motion Study in The Arabian development for Food Industries Company (2019) Our graduation project was set up after noticing that this company has a lot of time wasted, whether it was from the start, or within the processes, in addition to the long distances among the departments.Hence, and after analyzing the datawe collected, we came upwith recommendation and drafted a layout which will help them reducing time, motion & cost. This was done using time and motion study and other IE methods such as: QC, Facility Planning & Statistical analysis.
