Duties and Responsibilities:
>Material Receiving Inspection of HVAC Materials.
>Site Surveillance, Monitoring of the Construction Activities with Regards to Quality Requiremnts.
>Raising Request For Inspection(RFI)for Material Receiving Materials and Construction Materials.
>HVAC Inspection if it's Corresponds to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard(SAES), and Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plan(SATIP).
>Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Division(SAPID)in order to Conduct Site Inspection as well Material Receiving Inspection.
>Preparing QA/QC Documentation such as QA/QC Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports, Internal Non-Conformance Report(INCR), Internal QAQC Site Pro Active Reports.
>Monitoring the of Daily Site Activities in order to update the daily Site Activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
>Material Receiving Inspection of Materials arrived at Site if it's corresponds to Purchase Order(P.O.), Checking of All Necessary Documents such as Material Test Certificate(MTC), Packing Lists, Delivery Note, /Factory Acceptance Test Certifictate was attached and Included in all the Materials that was delivered at Site.
>For Review of ITP if it's Corresponds to to Project Technical Specifications(PTS).
>Monitoring the Actual Activities at Site, Coordinating with Site Engineer in Implementing Proper procedures with regards to QA/QC Procedures before raising Request for Inspection(RFI)after accomplishing the work at site.

PROJECT INVOLVED:SAFETY UPGRADE OF BULK PLANT.RABIGH REFINING AND PETROCHEMICAL PLANT.

DESIGNATION: QA/QC ENGINEER(MECHANICAL/PIPING)

Duties and Responsibilities:
>Performed actual site Inspection with regards to lay-out for preparation of excavation of underground piping(RTR Pipe, Carbon Steel(CS)Pipe, Stainless Steel Pipe, SS).
>Inspection of all Mechanical materials if it's corresponds to it's standard and specification.
>Actual Site Inspection of excavation for the RTR pipes to it's standard and specification.
>Site Inspection of RTR installation, fit-up, assembly if it's corresponds to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard(SAES).
>Site Inspection with regards to TIE-IN jobs that will be performed.
>Inspection of Materials, procedures as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard(SAES)with regards to TIE-IN jobs that will be performed.
>Inspection of actual fit-up of Carbon Steel(CS), Stainless Steel(SS) if it's corresponds to ASME B31.3(Process Piping).

Duties and Responsibilities:
>Checked the plan drawing before the actual lay-out will be done.
>Inspecting the actual fit-up assembly of the structural steel that's been fabricated.
>Inspecting the actual fit-up assembly if it's corresponds to actual appearance with the specification of the plan drawing, which respond to its specification such as dimensional, over all length, complete attachments of the structural steel.
Inspecting the lay-out preparation if it's corresponds to plan drawings regarding the cutting specification of the plates.
>Performed Non-Destructive testing(NDT)such as Ultrasonic Testing(UT)Magnetic Particle Inspection(MPI)
>Checking paint thickness using elcometer
>Final Inspection will be Conducted to trace and find any defects or any problems that came to finishing department.
>Final Dimensional Inspection to make sure quality of products will always on the right specifications for the satisfaction of the Customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
>Assigned at the Site to monitor the Daily Field Welding.
>Inspect the Actual appearance of the Pipe if it's corresponds to the Actual Size, the required groove angle of the Pipe
>Inspect the the fit-up of the Pipe before it will be turn over to the welder.
>Checked and Assured that the Welding Procedure Specification(WPS)/PQR/are strictly implemented.
