• Directly proposes to CEO communication projects and engagement plans with budgeting and project timelines.
• Serve as liaison to other departments and project teams of FMM.
• Manage independently internal departmental communication projects.
• Responsible for creating and designing project results reports for leadership.
• Develops policies and procedures to enhance and streamline the department’s operations as directed.
• Draft content and design artworks for all internal and external communications materials and channels as per project needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collate information for staff newsletter, announcements, other communication collaterals.
• Oversees the communication folders and documents; directs the team accordingly to comply with ISO and audit processes.
• Organizes in PR activations and campaigns along with internal departments as per department objectives to engage employees.
• Organize various company events including planning, budgeting, sponsorship, venue set up, etc.
• Spearheads the quarterly production of FMM newsletter.
• Maintain a database of all branding materials and review them on their compliance with FMM brand guidelines and brand identity manuals.
• Write content-specific internal news pieces, scripts and storyboards; provides design concepts for a variety of projects; ensure news pieces are factual and objective.
• Assist in collating the content for marketing collaterals and help with designing the collaterals to a professional standard with files ready for printing vendors.
• Conducting CSR campaigns in collaboration with Qatar Charity, Qatar Cancer Society, Al Shafallah, Qatar University, TAMUQ, Qatar Green Building Council, Elite Paper Recycling, etc.
• Draft press releases and copywriting for communication collaterals.
• Update the FMM’s digital/online media contents; update website using WordPress.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure all corporate promotional items are in line with the FMM brand.
• Provide support to bidding team with their proposals and marketing collaterals.
• Develops and implements the internal communication strategy for FMM that encompasses the requirements of all stakeholders to include brand strategy, internal and external communication and company Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Ensure all FMM employees are aware of the FMM branding used for internal and external communication.
• Ensure that all communication, internal and external, is of an appropriate high standard, and consistent with FMM’s brand and key messages.
• Conceptualize brand materials, including its design and execution.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the FMM website and other social media accounts suggesting and implementing improvements as and when needed.
• Spearheads the production of the FMM newsletter.
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication mediums including the layout of content.
• Collaborates with Senior Managers and Department Heads on special projects and needs.
• Assists in coordination of employee engagement activities and CSR initiatives.
• Liaises with the communications team in Ferrovial Spain on FMM news updates, intranet activities and branding.

• Prepare test questionnaires, classroom activities for college students with rubric scorecards and recorded them for transparency.
• Facilitate classroom discussion to meet the desired course learning outcomes.
• Organise numerous faculty development trainings.
• Coordinate various academic and extra-curricular activities for students.
• Assess students’ progress by grading papers, tests, and other works.
• Keep accurate records of academic standing of all students; hands in promptly all reports of grades and other information required by the Dean, the Registrar or the President.
• Develop an instructional plan/course syllabus and ensure that it meets the college and department standards.
