Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards
Consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required.

Study and Manage all the technical planning as per the site requirement of Expansion and Production Improvements of existing lines.
Manage all engg. products/equipment’s procurement from the commercial end.
Review and analyze all Mechanical drawings, materials, schedules, programs of work.
Review the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirement of the project.
Review the technical submittals prior to the submission to the consultant.
Monitoring of work as per specifications, local & Intern.
Standards & Codes. Have Background in organizing, coordinating & motivation of personnel.
Rising RFIA (Request for Inspection and Approval) of site MEP works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required. Reading & Interpretations of drawings, specifications
Knowledge of/ Exposure to machining processes
Preparation of layout/calculation
Strong experience in Auto CAD, accountable for preparing drawings related to mechanical components / mechanical parts of civil / mechanical structures.
