• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and process employee terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
• Collaborate with management to address employee performance issues and facilitate resolution.
• Assist in organizing employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Full cycle Visa processing & managing all the operations for Dubai Office.

• Co-ordinate with PR Dept. and typing centers for processing of entry permits, labor Contracts, Visa & Emirates ID.
• Track and process timely renewals of employees visas before expiring.
• Maintain personal files Database, maintain the pool of applicants, and maintain the dress-code and office environment policy.
• Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
• Building relationships with applicants and past employees
• Adapt departmental plans and manage resources to ensure team goals are met.
• Effectively recruit, manage, and lead the HR team with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Assist the TA Team to effectively create and maintain diverse candidate pipelines from a broad range of resources.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Manage the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, and ADA.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and company requirements.
• Provide support to HR team members and assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
I hold a Bachelor's degree BSc (Hons) in Business Management from Roots IVY International University which affiliated with university of London, where I developed a strong foundation in Human Resource Management. Additionally, I pursued further education by completing Recruitment Talent Acquisition Professional (RTAP) Certificate from American Institute of Business & Communication (AIBMC). My academic background has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in HR, and I am committed to lifelong learning and professional development to stay current in my field.
