1. Manage and study multiple projects that has been taken and develop estimates
2. Carefully study the projects before distributing to concern engineers.
3. Monitor and ensure the projects under estimation from time to time.
4. Provide area specific forecast and coordinate project status to concern supervisor or Manager.
5. Review each projects estimates and implement required changes.
6. Maintain good relation to all client and regular contact to ensure good relation.
7. Monitor the price of materials, tools and equipments that will affect the project.
8. Double checking before submitting to concern supervisor or manager for approval.
9. Prepare other necessary documents required for the project.
1. Manage and study projects that has been taken and distribute to each department the requirements of client.
2. Prepare the topographic survey to view the ground terrain of the project.
3. Study the design drawings being done and prepare the estimation quantities and corresponding price.
4. Prepare necessary project specifications required.
5. Double checking before submitting to our president.
6. Maintain good relation to our client before, during and after project completion.
7. Prepare the tender documents required to the project.
8. Analyzing the submitted bid tender by contractors.
1. Carefully study the project on hand especially the design and specification.
2. Carefully study the time schedule for the project.
3. Monitor the work flow if it coincides with the time schedule.
4. Monitor the safetyness of the work.
5. Making daily report for our superior from time to time.
6. Report any changes that may occur.
7. Maintain good relation to our client and cluent’s representative.
1. Monitor the on-going projects by our local goverment.
2. Inspection of each local and national projects on our area from time to time if it follows the design and specification.
3. Prepare daily report and submitted to our superior.
4. Prepare estimates for our local government project for future funding.
1. Study the work given by my superior before doing the work.
2. Inspect the location where the work should be done.
3. Provide steel support for piping, ducts and plumbing based on given drawings.
4. Ensure safetyness of work.
5. Making daily report of our work.
1. Knowledge in design of reinforced concrete, steel and timber. 2. Knowledge in studying the moments, shear forces, deplection of beams, etc. 3. Knowledge in standard specification of materials.
