Vendor management: Ensuring the vendor management teams are contacting the right vendor/distributor for stocking the products, Price, availability, payment terms, category commission And Analysis and comparing SKU movement, category-wise market share, price point-wise sales, and market share.

Catalogue: Responsible for getting the fast-moving, product catalogue from suppliers/band owners as per the global website standard, like product title, image, price, attributes, filters, description, stock etc.

Sourcing: Overseeing every step of procurement like selecting the right vendor, building relationships, getting the quality of product, competitive price, credit terms, return & refund policy etc Order processing: Involving different stages of order processing, receiving orders, holding, pending, processing, shipping, delivered, cancelled & returned order with analysis and reporting systems.

Customer support: Handling a team of CS managers and executives, ensuring all customer/vendor-related issues are addressed within the TAT Warehouse Inventory: Responsible for 5 - 10 Mn of stocks,

inventory management, QC, bar-coding and tracking system. Develop and implement industry best practices. Move the industry with you'd) Selection and Offers: buying cost improvement and overall portfolio management.
