Carryout environmental aspects impact analysis.
Ensure internal / 3rd party periodic safety inspections and maintenance of all equipments such as lifting equipments, loose gears, fire safety equipments and lifesaving equipments.
Ensure to keep up to date on any new legislation.
Provide necessary training to workers and conduct toolbox talks.
Implementation of waste management plan and housekeeping.
Provide operational HSE support for all the activities carried out during manufacturing/ production.
Issuing different work permits after checking the work area is hazard free.

Carryout safety induction training to new employees and contract staff.
Provide necessary training to workers and conduct toolbox talk to ensure that workers comply with all health and safety procedures and instructions.
Maintenance and inspection of different types of fire extinguishers, Self-Compressed Breathing Apparatus sets and smoke detectors.
Frequently monitor hot work activities.
Participation of fire hose drills, and ladder drills at various locations of the plant such as LPG storage area, chlorine storage area, tickle storage area and titanium sponge plant.
Monitor the oxygen level, flammable gases and vapors, and potential toxic air contaminants in confined spaces such as acid tanks, vessels, pipelines, etc.
