Responsibility
1. Prepare tenders and evaluations for various Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting and A/C works. 2. To prepare and keep updated a data base of Mechanical suppliers. 3. To submit enquires and obtain quotations for materials and sub contracted works. A minimum of 3 quotations are required for any item/activity. 4. To organize the Mechanical works on the site and allocate the appropriate personnel in order to meet the programmed requirements. 5. To supervise the Mechanical works on the site. 6. To liaise closely with all Project Engineers and make them aware of any variations related to Mechanical works on site. 7. To liaise closely with other trades of the company to manage and follow instructions. 8. To prepare O+M Manuals and 'As built' drawings & shop drawings as per contract requirements. 9. To make sure the works are carried out to highest possible standard and within the cost allowed in our tender on time. 10. To liaise with Government Authorities in order to obtain necessary permission/approvals/NOC for temporary as well as permanent connections. These authorities are Civil Defense, Municipality, Sewage and Water Department. 11. To Develop the A/C Department with the aim to carry out small A/C works in-house. 12. To carry out any other related jobs assigned by the company's management.

• To look after the maintenance and supervise repair of a pipe line network system at Salwa Garden Village, British Aerospace Compound, Janadiriyah, Riyadh, KSA.
• To look after the maintenance & installation of new transmission pipelines;
• To look after the repair and maintenance of in-house pipes connection such as;
• Water heater
• Circulation pumps
• Urinal & water closet
• Manhole / Drainage
• To look and supervise (15) pool technicians to their daily maintenance activities at Salwa Garden Village, British Aerospace Compound, Janadiriya, Riyadh, KSA
• To look after the maintenance and supervise repair of submersible pumps, fire pumps, induction motor pumps, booster pumps and any other pumps.
• Supervise in the operation of water treatment & irrigation & sewage plant.
• To look & responsible for the maintenance and operation of waste water lifting station.
• To look & responsible for the maintenance of storm water drainage pipeline & catch basin.
• To look and supervises (15) Pool technicians for their daily swimming pool maintenance activities.
• To look for the maintenance of (12) fountains such as: andulussian & circular fountains.
• To look for the maintenance of (21) units of Swimming pools @ volume of 250 cubic meters, (10) units of children pools at 75 cubic meters, (1) units of Indoor Swimming @ volume capacity of 500 cubic meters & (1) unit Main Lagoon Pool at the volume capacity of 2500 cubic meter.
• To look for the daily maintenance and operation of the ( 28) units of Plant rooms.
• To look and supervise (20) plumbers for daily maintenance work tasks.
