Scope of Works:
o Prepares and develops a concept to final construction drawing and site execution under the approval of the Chairman.
o Review and take the approval of Drawing and Specification from Consultant and Contractor prior to approval to the chairman.
o Review and recalculation FF&E and propose to compress the budget for the entire project as possible.
o Responsible for Reviewing Architectural Drawings and Detail shop drawings submitted by the Main Consultant and Main Contractor.
o Revision of drawings approved by Client (Owner) and approved by Main Consultant to stamp Issue for Construction.
o Attending Site Meeting, Progress Meeting and Site Supervision of works carried out by Main & Sub-contractor and the quality of work.
o Ordering Materials base on approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and specification.
o Interior Fit-out works and Mock-up issues from different company or supplier.
o Solving problems that might occur during construction, like, Works affected the services and other technical issues.
o Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing project activities in a safe, timely and profitable and effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Researches, meeting, and discussion to the lead architect and interior designer regarding project concept, Ideas, strategies regarding project demand and possible issue.
o Development of Design concept prior to approval.
o Assign as drawing managing using sheet set and preparation of all dynamic block template.
o Discussion to the team regarding the workflow of the project
o Preparation of presentation drawing using AutoCAD, 3dmax, and Photoshop
o Door schedule quantity and finishes
o Preparation of FF&E
o Preparation of presentation board.
o Drawing coordination to Architectural, Structural and MEP using Revit(BIM) as a tool.

o Attending Site Meeting, Progress Meeting and Site Supervision of works carried out by Main & Sub-contractor and the quality of work.
o Familiarize Saudi CSI format and construction law.
o Presenting and consulting to higher superior and Architecture and Engineering Consultant designer involve in the project.
On-Site scope of works:
o Study, analyze, and track possible issues on site that will arise prior to construction starting to site clearing shoring and finishes.
o Attend site meeting and coordination to project manager and people involved in the project
o Submitting a weekly report to the higher superior.

o Annual update for our certification and familiar manual include AWI architecture woodwork manual British standard manual NFPA and other standards that will affect the product stability and function and as well safety.
o Annual calibration and inventory of all the machine such as CNC and laser machine.
o Update fabrication and painter foreman for all market trending that will uplift the quality of the product.
o Daily check of all wooden items in fabrication and make sure carpenter follow exactly the drawing.
o Prepares a program for CNS and laser machine.
o Prepared detail drawing and study wooden connection and discuss it to the foreman in the workshop and people that handled the project.
o Review and coordination possible errors from Bill of Quantity prepares by the QS Engineers.
o Review all material and finishes that will affect the integrity of the wooden items.
o Study site scenario and make a checklist for the possible threat that will affect the wooden product like place and time weather condition/humidity of the area.
o Make punch list and snagging report.
o Prepares Visualization using 3dsMax and Photoshop for a different kind of woodworks design
o Design unique furniture, doors and all kind of millworks both interior and exterior.
o Study and developed techniques in all kind of woodwork connection.
o Study issue on fabrication and site before the installation of the product.
o Create standard and Guideline for all technical and Fabrication Department.
o Testing the stability of the finished product.
o Prepares formulated door schedule.
