Involved in the industry for more than 6years. Handled with professionals, skilled and unskilled filipino workers in different fields of Engineering construction, consulting and maintenance likes; Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Oil & Gas, HydroPower Plants, Telecommunications. Also involve in recruitment for Hospitals and Polyclinics (Medical & Technical), Hotels and Restaurants, Computer Information Technology, Aviation, Household Service Workers (HSW) and other Industries.
Direclty reporting to the operations manager. Prepared plans for daily recruitment acitivities. Coordinate with other recruitment officers regarding the required job orders and work as a team. Attends recruitment activities such as; job fairs, provicial recruitment and other special recruitment activities.Conduct sourcing and outsourcing of qualified applicants prior to assigned job orders. interview, evaluate & checking the authenticity of applicant’s documents and working experienced.Assisting the applicants all the way thru the testing center to ensure applicant capabilities.Showing concerns to applicant capabilities not just to have applicants.Giving them friendly atmosphere so they will feel important and well taken care off. Used internet as the basic tools of recruitment and Microsoft Office as database.Prepared daily, weekly or monthly status reports from on process/ process candidates as per standard procedure in recruitment operations.
