Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation OJSC was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 06 November 2017.
Corporation was created in order to increase the effectiveness of the management of state property, to form a reporting and control system based on corporate governance principles and to achieve the increase in production potential on value chains of the following subsidiary companies:
