• Present demos of new software - computer and mobile based - to clints and
colleagues.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and answer all inquiries of clients.
• Set up new users' accounts, profiles, and deal with password issues.
• Process orders and prepare quotations.

• Helping new students with registration (set up accounts for them at the university portal, add their courses to the system and print their schedule).
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Answer students’ inquiries regarding the university portal, computer software or
hardware operation to resolve problems.
