Making material requisition in the system called TALLY
* Receiving of item coming for all supplier and making adding voucher for their invoice
* Maintaining the minimum-maximum quantity of the stock in the warehouse
* Making a monthly inventory report for all the materials incoming and outgoing in the
warehouse
Perform in system called Oracle 11i as Purchaser, Material Controller &
Requestor
* Prepare monthly report thru power point & excel file for monthly consumption of the
Company
* Perform other functions as may be directed by the top management
* Negotiate all contract to the supplier to avail discount & good contract
* Serves as fuel controller & material control for the vessel
