Duties & Responsibilities.

❖ Work with the hiring manager to understand the roles and needs to be filled & make sure that all candidates meet job requirements & company standards.
❖ Handle end-to-end recruitment process for Saudi Arabia from understanding the requirements, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, releasing offer letters, and onboarding.
❖ Source candidates using multiple recruiting sites such as LinkedIn, Expatriates.com, referrals, website applications and other sources.
❖ Frequent interaction with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
❖ Conduct thorough screening and find the most suitable candidates for each role.
❖ Guide the candidate through the entire interview process till the time they are onboarded
Recruitment is ongoing for the Below projects.
-New Madina (Taibah) 380 Kv BSP S/S Expansion of existing Turbah (TEG) 380Kv S/S
-Expansion of existing Makkah (SAZ) 380Kv S/S
-Expansion of existing 380 Kv Al-Bader (9007, 9008, 9013)
Working Period-(August 2021- September-2023)
Duties & Responsibilities.
❖ Work with the hiring manager to understand the roles and needs to be filled & make sure that all candidates meet job requirements & company standards.
❖ Handle end-to-end recruitment process for Saudi Arabia from understanding the requirements, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, releasing offer letters, and onboarding.
❖ Source candidates using multiple recruiting sites such as LinkedIn, Expatriates.com, referrals, website applications and other sources.
❖ Frequent interaction with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

Overseas Recruitment Responsibilities.
❖ Delegate visa in Enjaz
❖ Follow-up on all the manpower requests with the concerned agency which management authorized.
❖ Develop, review and maintain job descriptions.
❖ Arrange & collect CVs from the agency & send them to the operation department and update the selection list to the agency
❖ Schedule an interview with an agency.
❖ Prepare a job offer, send it to the agency and recollect once they accepted the offer
❖ Maintain records on recruitment activities such as application forms, interviews, assessments, and job offers.
❖ Update visa in the Master Visa Report.
❖ Daily update of all recruitment requests.
❖ Progress report to the recruitment manager promptly. ❖ Monitoring visa-stamping details in Enjaz.
❖ Follow up & collect passport, and visa copies from the agencies & send them to the concerned department for ticket booking.
❖ Inform the arrival details of the agency & concerned department.
