Currently working for BRRI Increments Capital Project to fulfil Saudi Aramco and Saudi Arabia 2030 vision by increasing the production by 250, 000 barrels of Arabian Light Crude Oil per day.
In this ambitious project and as a part of Project Management Team, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following,
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of projects from initial stage to client delivery.
- Coordinate with project management team all phases of project execution and administration, including
invoice approval, compliance with Saudi Aramco administrative rules, cost, schedule, and quality of
deliveries and changes of scope.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed, reviewed and submitted on time.
- Get involved with Engineering department in Sharjah office to prepare detailed design packages and all
associated workshops.
- Finalize all engineering VFRs (verification finding reports) and TQs (technical queries) with client.
- Follow up with procurement and post order departments in order to be aligned with project schedule.
- Discuss with client technical bid evaluations and material requisitions to ensure approval of all
documents as per project scope of work.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Daily interfacing with client and proponent to resolve project associated complications.
- Secure the work permits and all required documents for offshore and onshore activities.
- Expedite and follow up with all transmittals such as (JSAs, Procedures, and RMM).
- Maintain continual communications with all personnel assigned to the project.
- Monitor the closure of all exceptional items after commencing walkthrough with client.
- Maintain company reputation by complying with Saudi Aramco regulations and standards.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information collected from
project team.
- Conduct site visits to ensure safe, effective, and productive execution of project.
Worked in Oil & Gas Operation Department. Responsible for managing and monitoring of smooth and
stable operation of the oil and gas pipelines in Abqaiq which has the highest production in the world. This was done by performing the following:
- Making manual adjustments to valves and equipment etc.
- Issuing work permits to Saudi Aramco and contractors.
- Observe local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard operating practice.
- Start and stop pumps, compressors and other equipment based on the given direction.
- Responsible for preparing equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, venting, segregating,
steaming, and other procedures as required.
- Perform daily check and minor maintenance based on the check list.
- Take appropriate actions in accordance with Panel Operator and Lead Operator in case of emergency.
- Maintain safe and stable operation.
- Keep required quality of product.
- Monitoring and cleaning the pipelines by running different types of scrapers to calculate the inside
diameter and to check the corrosion inside the pipes.
