Joined EPRF-l as a Trainee Engineer on 1st Aug 2022 & regularized as an Engineer (Operations & Technical Services) on 1st Aug 2023. As a Shift Engineer, my responsibilities include, monitoring & controlling the CDU process, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating with the team & other departments to rectify the plant-related hurdles & implementing safety protocols. Additionally, inspection of daily log sheets of Process, Utilities, Tank farm & Oil movement areas with process optimization. To maintain the quality of products by continuously analyzing the plant behaviour through DCS and maintaining product results by providing remedial actions. And the preparation of crude & product tanks as per demand.
Served as a ’Process Engineer’ in the ’Chemical Department’ at ’Jamshoro Plant site’ for ’Chemical production’ related to textile, paper and leather industry. My responsibilities were managing shifts, day-to-day production as per planning and marketing instructions, executing all synthesis reactions (Polymerization, Sulfonation etc) as per standard operating procedures, Managing plant operations, learning and dealing with different Unit operations and Unit processes.
Gained practical, technical and managerial skills by learning different processes including line tracing, wells gathering, slug catching, 3-phase separation, Amine sweetening, Natural gas dehydration (Adsorption & Absorption), Condensate stabilization, LPG extraction, LPG storage and dispatch, Flare system etc, additionally the working procedures and malfunctionings of rotary and static equipment viz pumps, compressors, Turbo expander, turbine etc too DCS and PLC controlling of the plant. Worked there in shifts and also in general duty as per requirement and learnt to deal with lower and upper staff.
