control, subcontract management, and data management. Proficient in MS Office and Plan
Swift.

Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities as per the drawing and given specification.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate estimates and develop project budgets.
• Understand the Scope of work, studying the project specifications.
• Preparation of tender queries to identify or get more clarification on unidentified scopes.
• Preparation of working sheets and pricing for each activity specified In the Bill of Quantity.
• Analysing tender documentation to generate required supply chain enquires, tender queries and tender strategy
• Review project plans and specifications to determine project requirements and identify potential issues that may impact the estimate
• Taking off quantities with Plan Swift.
• Understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure accurate estimating and identify any potential challenges.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and equipment costs, for high-end and complex interior design projects.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding project costs and timelines, and communicate any changes or updates to the estimate as needed.
• Taking off quantities with Plan Swift.
• Preparation of variation orders including evaluation & negotiations with consultant.
• Certify the Subcontractor payment applications by analysing the Subcontractor progress.
• Comparisons of sub-contract quotations and forming the basis of the contractor’s proposals
• Developing good working relationships with the supply chain
