JOB SUMMARY:
The process entails of share recon data reconciliation. Reconciliation of the share
data on weekly, Bi weekly & monthly basis as per the client requirement and
maintain client position by resolving breaks.
Job responsibilities:
* Share recon data reconciliation and notify client position status on timely basis.
* Fund maintenance - Timely recon check and update the various services on the
funds, new fund opening & Closure of funds.
* Daily & Monthly KPI & MIS report to extract and deliver the final KPI reports to client.
* Daily reconciliation of Mutual fund shares - Third party recon check.
* Worked for Tax Reclaim process along with Share recon data reconciliation.
* Responsible for making sure that JV issues are being addressed and timely feedback
is given to JV managers.
* Coordinating with Onshore team on the training part as well as the issues of Captive
team across all the processes.
* Successfully supported to the recent TLP migration of USIS and EMEA BU, made sure
that we have less fund discrepancies on the weekly tie out process.
* Also managed the recent TPR (Third Party Recon) migration process. Making sure
that we have proper procedure set to avoid any risks and checklist sign offs are done
on timely manner.
* Preparing SOP’s for the team.

JOB SUMMARY:
* Daily reconciliation of transactions and positions for Futures and other exchange
traded Derivatives.
* Analysis of all security and cash position differences related to reconciliations.
* Coordinating break resolution process between client and operations teams.
* Managing hand off process between India and London reconciliation teams, and
follow up on open issues.
* Daily review of reconciliations and execute controls.
* Performs both Manual Recs and ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) Recs.
* ETD Recs of the Exchanges all over the world like Euronext, IDEM( Italian derivatives
market), MEFF( Mercado Espanol Futuros Financieros), ICEEBCU, ICE- Clear etc.
* Investigating Trade Breaks, Position Breaks and Cash Breaks.
* Resolution of aged cash and trade breaks by coordinating with IT teams, in case of
IT issues.
* Use of various reconciliation software’s like SUNGARD, RANBASE, WINSCP, RANSYS.
* Hands on experience on clearing trades of MDEX, TFEX, TAIFEX and NSE from
ClearVision
