Hi,
It's been 9 months for me working in Societe Generale for the Newedge entity into Investment Banking Foreign Exchange Operations. I have quite a very helpful experience into the process and a good hands on the work.
Especially the management of the Confirmations and the settlements and post settlements of the trades. Calling the clients for the settlements and netting procedures. Taking care of the payments and Ensuring that noting impacts the Funding.
Taking care of Treasury call, affirmation and verification of the unmatched trades.
Managing CLS bank eligible trades, Ensuring nothing impacts the CLS settlements. Performing daily meetings for the overall daily status and for the regular motivation. Performing weekly PSS with the entire team to resolve any unwanted situational errors.
Any single irresponsibility can cause a huge impact on Operational and Finacial Funding.
Continuously working for 10-12 hrs ensuring to maintain the overall operational objectives and to carry on the regular activities for the smooth flow of the complete process.
Maintaining better relationship with clients and ensuring to fulfil the prime objectives.
