In SAP working with Outbound Deliveries, Sales order issues, Overseas Delivery, Production Entry, Batch conversation, Physical Inventory Process, Inter Company Stock Transfer Out, Purchase Requisitions, Goods Issue Scrapping, Testing in Quality before implementing etc.
•Controlling the inventory through computerized SAP ECP inventory system.
•Providing the SAP IM level training to 12 warehouses.
•Co-coordinating with all warehouses and Sales Team for SAP issues.
•Preparing the Production report, Sales report and stock status on daily basis.
•All warehouse data controlling through in SAP system.
•Outbound Delivery verification and correction at any time.
•SAP system IM process and Physical Inventory Documents uploading process and other related warehouse work.
•Customer complaints for materials issue, verifying the complete details with warehouse and submitting the report to management.
•Preparing the weekly report which consists of stocks, manpower and equipments and even incidents report also.
•Regularly checking the all warehouse transactions in SAP.
