Promoted to lead the Playnation Project in Mirdiff City Center and was responsible for the delivery of the project for opening in March 2010: CDE, I FLY, Soccer Circus, Magic Planet & Aqua Play.
Leading a team of 5 managers and total of 150 staff, I was responsible for:
the formulation of long term business plans/strategy and budgets;
setting up goals and targets for each department
directing the efforts of the Managers and monitor their performance (Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Finance & HR);
Health and Safety Management, in accordance with government rules and regulations, of;
Managing outsourced operational areas (Security, Maintenance);
Financial Management ensuring control over expenses and cost saving measures, also, ensuring effective utilization of marketing budget on advertising, sales promotions/events, P.R., activities program, etc.
Manage the process of additions, changes & upgrades to business facilities;
Responsible for all government relations, setting up all required security systems and procedures including arrangements with necessary civil and medical authorities, and for obtaining and maintaining all operating approvals for the opening and on-going operations of the ULO Business;
Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, business plans, policies and procedures throughout the organization.

Operations Management of both cold and warm sides covering snow play area, ski training, ski slopes, equipment’s, etc.
