-Understating of the end to end procurement process including the strategic sourcing &supplier management.

- Analyze and procure material requests necessary for production lines.

- Analyze inventory levels and place purchase orders based upon lead time and product demand.

- Coordinate new projects end to end, providing quick and cost-eective solutions on new materialsthat meet production needs.

- Conduct comprehensive research on products and suppliers.

- Tracking International & local shipments.Manage approval and execution of material purchase plan.

- Improve competitive edge and high-quality product by preparing cost comparison and negotiatingwith a minimum of three vendors.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost savings.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.

- Manage the operations supervisors tasks.
Ensure the allocations of assignments of drivers and labors are done properly.

- Forecasts and nominators operational needs.
Organizes operation staffing and workflows.

- Coordinates and works hand in hand with maintenance workshop keeping vehicles in up- to-date condition.

- Monitor individual performance of operations supervisors/couriers as well as station.

- Plans and implements policies as per operational needs.

- Liaise with sales and customers to attend their operational needs.
