* Supporting day-to-day operations of preschool programs and the work of staff in those programs.
* Assisting in the development of new programs.
* Assisting in the development of annual budgets and reporting.
* Assisting in the development of plans for ongoing growth and improved quality of services to children and families.
* Participating in building and sustaining inclusive and equitable environments for all staff, children, and families.
* Ensuring work products and program activities meet standards for quality and, if needed, works with individual staff to improve.
* Developing and improving systems and procedures, and tracking budget.
* Participating in hiring new staff.
* Providing onboarding and training support for new staff.
* Supervising and evaluating any assigned personnel, including annual evaluations and goal development.
* Leading and participating in professional learning communities with staff to improve program practices and quality.
* Assisting in developing annual preschool Training and Technical Assistance Plan and monitoring of plan.
* Developing and maintaining knowledge of best practices and resources in early childhood education and disseminates such knowledge by providing ongoing quality assistance to staff.
* Facilitating continuous improvement cycles and activities with assigned personnel.
* Collaborating with staff to develop material for external purposes (stories and reports) about activities and program achievements, including impact and outcomes.
* Other duties maybe assigned as needed.
* Studying, evaluating and developing proposals for IT resources required by the Directorate's work in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
* Administering the databases of the Directorate and branch in terms of ensuring their confidentiality and maintenance and providing technical support.
* Supervising the IT resources in the Directorate or branch and managing the operations and follow-up of the periodic and preventive examinations to make sure they are ready and to repair emergency breakdowns and follow-up maintenance with the competent authorities.
* Providing technical support for the operational environment of IT resources operating in the Directorate and Branch.
* Supervising IT resources in terms of their use in a manner consistent with the laws and regulations, including the company's policies in the field of operation and protection of IT resources and the policy of backup storage.
* Evaluate the level of employees on IT resources and develop the necessary proposals to train them and develop their work according to the skills required by the work entrusted to them.
* Procedure the necessary maintenance for the informatics equipment, to provide a technical report on its condition in case of malfunction or purchase a new equipment.
* Supervising the work of all the software in the branch and all the warehouses belonging to it and follow up the work of the employees and inform the Directorate of follow-up on any inquiries by employees on the programs and any abuses and neglect of the work by employees.
* Monitoring the program of transferring data between the branch and the warehouse and between the branch and the general administration and solve the problems of non-transfer of data (malfunction in the equipment - telephone lines malfunction - troubleshooting ..).
* Providing consulting services in the field of technology transfer, development and management in companies and institutions. * Following up on technological developments. * Selection of technology according to specific methodologies. * Analyzing and evaluating the technological reality in companies and institutions. * Preparation of economic and technical feasibility studies for the appropriate technologies. * Technology management in the institutions they work for. * Managing technology transfer projects. * Participating in technology transfer negotiations. * Participating in monitoring the performance of the technological system. This requires having a scientific and knowledge base specializing in: - Project management. - Planning strategies. - The science of Economics and management. - Intellectual property rights and legal aspects regarding technology transfer. - Information Technology. - Modeling and decision making methods.
- Conduct experiments and investigate electronic components and communication system behavior. - Identify, formulate and solve complex problems to achieve demonstrated conclusions using mathematical principles and engineering sciences. - Design, implement the electronic equipment, operate the telecommunication systems; manage, consult, and provide technical support on electronic and telecommunication products and projects; - Design system components that meet the requirement of public safety and offer solutions to the societal and environmental concerns; - Conduct research, equip themselves with critical thinking and creativity; possess the ability for self-learning and studying electronics and telecommunications at the graduate level. - Apply the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety and cultural issues and endure the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice.
