• To create and develop the management function in keeping with local regulatory requirements and internal controls and processes. • Management of the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and regulatory reporting, assisting external auditors for statutory audits • Play a lead role in the development and reshaping of the commercial business moving forward whilst also playing a key role in the protection of the asset and investment from a commercial business perspective. • To contribute positively to and drive the planned growth and development of the Company by introducing innovative solutions, establishing optimum structures and facilities and by providing strategic leadership to the Company. • Accountable for management of the Operations team. • Devise & implement policies, systems and procedures in order to streamline the Company’s internal systems. • Advise management on Business planning Forecasting, Budgeting, Income generation, Cost reduction etc. • Cooperate with the banks and financial institutions. • Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of transactions.
