Leading Human Resource Department under the direct subordination of CEO/Director of ACL. Heading all HR department's routine functions, including hiring, training and development, compensations & benefits, salaries, and framing & enforcement of company’s policies and practices.
Recruitment and selection: I have 3 years of experience heading the hiring procedure from junior level to upper management, including hiring from the Dubai office.
Compensation and Benefits: I am responsible for salary and reward, payroll and attendance, and monthly or yearly appreciation rewards based on performance.
Training and Development: In-house training to employees related to new policies and or as per department need.
International Experience: Remote access to Dubai and Singapore branches includes hiring, onboarding, documentation, employment contract and terms and conditions by international law, compensation, and benefits.
